TICKET EXCEPTIONS:
• A new tickets is required for each day of the show.
• Specific general admission ticket types for weekday and weekend entry to the show.
• Discount and Complimentary Tickets will not be accepted for Preview Night
• Discount and Complimentary Tickets will not be accepted for Early Bird VIP
• Advance Adult Admission will be at the discounted rate through 11/12/25. Starting opening day of the show the price will increase to online price, same as box office pricing

Group Tickets
Do you have a group interested in attending the show? It's easy to sign up and receive a group discount price for parties of 20 or more people!
There are TWO WAYS to purchase group tickets:
- Buy 20+ tickets online and have them instantly arrive in your email to share or print! Link to purchase group tickets will be available in May.
- Place 20+ Group Tickets on consignment. Check back in May 2026 for the order form to place group tickets on consignment. Orders placed after October 21st will be available for pickup at the Will Call desk on show site starting November 11th at 4 pm.
A bus pass is available upon request.
Group Tickets - $16.00 per person for groups of 20 people or more (Advance Only)
Group tickets may be redeemed on any general admission day and time of the show.

Wheelchairs
Standard-size push wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Coat Check Desk in Liberty Hall. You will be asked to provide a driver’s license, which we will hold until the wheelchair is returned. Wheelchairs may not be reserved. Oversized and motorized wheelchairs are not available, but attendees may bring their own.

PARKING
General Parking: $10 at the gate.
Valet Parking: $20
Cash, VISA, MC, AMX and DSC.
The parking lots at The Park Expo will open two hours prior to show open each day for attendees.
There are more than 4,000 parking spots at and immediately adjacent to The Park Expo & Conference Center, but they tend to fill up quickly. Lots at The Park Expo, plus Bojangles Coliseum, Ovens Arena, Golden Green Hotel, and even the nearby elementary school (weekends only), all open two hours prior to the show open each day. Come early for the most convenient parking! Look for free golf cart shuttles being run by the Shriner’s to whisk you from your car to the door—grab a seat if you spot one! Donations encouraged for shuttle rides to benefit the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
Handicapped Parking
Customers must inform the parking attendant that they need or would like handicapped parking. After paying for parking, the attendant will then give instructions on how to get to the handicapped parking area. To insure your parking, the customer must hang their handicapped placard from the mirror or notify the attendant that the vehicle has a permanent handicapped parking tag.
If all handicapped parking spots are full, attendants will still allow you to drop off guests at the front door before you park in general parking.
