Weaving together principles of business and discipleship. Women of Hope Guatemala weaves together business and discipleship into the fabric of our Christian ministry. This 'Business for Transformation' project empowers impoverished and often under-educated artisans with steady employment, providing them a fair & dependable living wage which helps them meet the needs of their families. Our workshop is a place of safety and encouragement, where artisans flourish.

Yet we do not stop with employment opportunities alone, we invest in our artisans spiritually through bible study & discipleship, emotionally through one on one counseling & support as needed, socially through group activities, mentally through educational sponsorships and physically through their work and various tangible ways as needed, for example with medical assistance.
